I am working for Naspers since 1991 and never regret one moment. Though they believe in growth, one has to apply for a free bursary and study while you are working. Within the company, new developments and the latest technology are upgraded and you will never fall behind. I started at Die Burger Library where I manually updated Die Burger and are currently working with e-books where Die Burger are imported and distribute digitally. The managers are very strict and only by a positive and honest input, you can build a wonderful career. The salaries are market related and yearly increase always fair.
