"Nice working environment, but not innovative at all "

The company is very structured and runs like a well oiled machine. However being a digital agency it does not allow its employees any room for creativity. Employees see working at R.O.I. Media as a job and not a career. The office space is nice, and coworkers make it a fun environment. Innovation and creativity is not encouraged, and cheapest/fastest option rather then best are sometimes implemented.
