Real Meal Revolution, founded in 2014, is a company that has created a healthy eating plan also know as the 5-week Banting program. Along with the plan, they have included informative content, cooking lessons and recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, tracking tools and a community in which you can engage and find support during your weight-loss process. The program is named after a British undertaker, William Banting, who wrote a public letter after his miraculous weight loss and was then termed by the public, as more people took on this eating plan, as “bant” or “banting”. They employ around 50 individuals with their own individual tasks.
