Since day one at Spanjaard LTD I have never looked back or been happier. The supportive & youthful management team is always pro-active in finding ways of increasing my portfolio and assisting me in gaining a greater understanding in the products and my function. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. NOBODY knows if they will have a job tomorrow. The top management is horrible and only care about themselves. If the chairman wakes up in a bad mood, someone will get fired or verbally abused. It is so bad that not even their family wants to work there. If you are considering working for this company, stop right now it will be the worst mistake you ever make. If the economy was not so bad, they would surely have an even higher staff turn over.
