Tlhalefang Placements, a 100% black owned and management recruitment agency, was established in 1998. As an independent entity, the company prides itself on its capacity to deliver without the use of joint ventures. They have invested in their own infrastructure and capacity. Currently, Tlhalefang Placements employs in excess of 15 staff members including two operational directors. They operate in the areas of Gauteng, Limpopo and KwaZulu-Natal. All of their staff is drawn from their operational areas. The company believes in firmly supporting the other black owned enterprises through their procurement policies. Through their social responsibility programs, the company also supports charitable causes.
