I started working here last year and it has been the best time of my life, from having the work support to personal support. It's the only company I have worked for where I am not constantly looking at my watch for lunch or home time. The trust that management has on its people is amazing that all of us try harder and make more effort to get things going. As a black person working with a lot of white people I initially felt insecure like I would constantly have to prove myself, but these people have chosen to get to know me as a person, trust my abilities than "box" me with the "all black employees are normally..." mentality that I have been experiencing as a young professional. We spend most of our time at work so it's a blessing to work with people, you feel they are more like family than colleagues.
