Must at least have 2 years experience and the relevant certificate.

Duties will include:
Prepare and count cash flow before and after sales
Take stock before and after sales
Check closing and opening stock
Counting money after sales for the day
Balancing stock and sales for the day
Banking money to petty cash
Do pre-preparation for the next day as per the list
Counting and recording sales and vouchers every month end for journals
Keeping all sales and stock records for audit
Operating computerised cash register
Clean the storeroom, always maintain good housekeeping and deliver good customer service by being friendly.
Duties will also include preparing tables for a meal, taking customers' orders, serving drinks and food, and cleaning up before, after and during servings in a dining hall.
