Lodge Manager.

Luxury 5* Game Lodge - Waterberg district - Limpopo Province

Management of the overall daily operations & Lodge Departments.

Involvement in planning and management of the lodges's budgets.

Ensuring that the lodge is managed to the best interest of guests, management & staff  and exceeding the guest’s expectations.

Requirements :

A diploma or degree in hospitality management.
Minimum of 5 years 5* Game Lodge management experience .
Proven experience in managing , assets and staff compliment in remote locations.
Proven leadership skills, specifically in managing diverse management teams.
Proven record of outstanding staff relations.

Skills :

Ability to set budgets and control expenditure.
An attention to detail - 5 * Standards
Excellent communication, organization and planning skills
Be able to motivate a team and lead your team
Ability to adapt and learn

Salary R 35 000 - R 40 000 monthly - including accommodation
