We're seeking A+ / N+ IT Support Engineers - Independant Contractor - Bryanston (Gauteng), Our Client is a Korean based so the Korean culture is ingrained in the organisation

Provide first-line support for laptops, video and web conferences, & file sharing solutions
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Set up and manage wireless networks, ensuring reliable connectivity

Duties & Responsibilities
To ensure uninterrupted support for daily IT operations, including:
- Wireless support issues
- Windows issues and troubleshooting
- Microsoft Office issues
- Network connectivity support and troubleshooting

Project Implementation
Providing critical technical support for the successful implementation of upcoming projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Workload Management
Managing the increased workload associated with ongoing laptop upgrades, rollouts, and new project demands, preventing overextending / overworking current staff.

Skills Requirement
Bringing in a contractor with the necessary expertise in IT support to address the technical challenges and needs of our department.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have A+ / N+
Other related IT certifications
Minimum 2 - 4 Years IT Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
