Overview: Academic supplier/assessor/facilitator should be able to provide accurate and constructive feedback to a leaner and record the assessment process and decisions. Review the progress with each learner and be able to help them with their needs and requirements.
Elucidate participants' existing knowledge, prepare pertinent, meaningful training material, and subsequently steer discussions thereof. Should also monitor participants' performance to discern potential learning-related challenges within the cohort.

Role and responsibilities:
• Have expert knowledge of the subject areas
• Plan and prepare appropriately for assigned training including ensuring that all tools and learning material required for the training are prepared and present on the day
• Conduct the assigned trainings at scheduled times
• Demonstrate competence in training using interactive adult learning principles
• Vary instruction roles in the training room (e.g. Instructor, coach, facilitator, co-learner and audience) in relation to the content
• Create a learning environment that is conducive for creative thinking, questioning, self-evaluating, and interactive discussions
• Demonstrate skill in working with groups of people from diverse ability, culture and economic backgrounds
• Complete all related admin duties associated with the assigned training including, but not limited to, marking assessments, ensuring learner forms and attendance registers are kept, providing student feedback, facilitating training feedback forms, compiling training and assessment reports

Role requirement:
• Facilitator/Assessor or Moderator Qualification
• LT4, RI4, ST4, WM4, ST5, WM5 highly advantageous
• Driver's license and own car
• Be proficient in English communication
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work in challenging environments from time to time
• Be a problem solver
• Passion for facilitation and training
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Comply with policies, standards, rules, regulations and procedures
