We are looking for 8 account executives to create and build strong relationships with street vendors while convincing them to sell Maju herbal products. It will help street vendors to earn super profit margins. You must be physically fit to walk for long hours. Be street smart to handle yourself in crowded places while staying alert and safe on the streets. We encourage first time ex-offenders to also apply.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

# grow sales of Maju health products from street vendors.

# build a large list of street vendors that stock and sell Maju regularly.

# learn our sales process of matching customer needs to increase profits with our offer with our opportunity to sell Maju herbal product

# Work diligently by meeting and exceeding sale targets provided.

 

CANDIDATE PREFERENCE

 

An ideal candidate is a male self-starter that works well independently and solo without needing supervision. Have ability to identify street vendors who sell products that cause the problems Maju helps with and are in locations like taxi ranks, local clinics and next to taverns both in CBDs and townships.

 

SELECTED CANDIDATES WILL BE

 

1. Passion and enthusiasm about selling Maju herbal products.

2. Possesses can do attitude to overcome objections

3. Confidence and ability to engage street vendors face to face.

4. Ability to follow up on each street vendor in order to grow re-ordering of Maju herbal products.

 

 

Short listed candidates will undergo performance assessment which will test their

 

·         Ability to convince street vendors to stock Maju using any language they can understand.

·         Ability to connect fast and build relationships with a street vendor.

·         Ability to work outdoors and have street smarts to stay safe while working in a township or a CBD.

 

Only candidates that pass our performance assessment will be hired for this position.
