Education and Experience
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications: MSWord, Excel, Outlook Express
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Previous sales experience is an advantage
• Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
• Telephone etiquette & frontline skills
• Have ability to deal with difficult customers
• Have outstanding communication skills; friendly, polite and efficient.

• Service and call on our existing clients on regular basis
• Fulfil the sales objectives set out by Branch Manager
• Ensure growth of extension business
• Managing of scheduled appointment dates and call cycles.
• Strong people skills, patience and be able to multi-task.
• Daily reporting of the day’s activities to Branch Manager
