Accountant (SAIPA)
Job description & duties will include (but not limited to):
? Processing of Debtors, Creditors, Inventory, Petty Cash and Intercompany transactions on Pastel Partner
? Capturing of Bank statements and year end journals on Pastel Partner
? Conversion of Companies from pervious Versions
? Corresponding with clients and liaising with SARS
? Processing of monthly payroll input, finalising month end and printing of payslips on Pastel Payroll
? Creation of new companies on Pastel Payroll
? Drafting of Financial Statements on Caseview
? Submitting Monthly VAT201 and EMP201 returns
? Finalising of yearend audit files
? Submission of Company and Individual Income Tax Returns on eFiling
? Review of assessments and objections from SARS regarding Company and Individual Income Tax and VAT
? Preparation of IRP5 certificates and the reconciliation of the EMP501 on Easyfile and Pastel Payroll
? Completion of manual CK1 and CK2a (Close Corporation registrations)
? Annual return submission for close corporations and Companies on CIPC
? Registration with SARS for VAT, Income Tax, PAYE and Customs
? Workman’s Compensation registrations and online return submissions
? VAT interviews on behalf of clients with SARS
? Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register for various clients
? Balance sheet reconciliations
? Creditors Reconciliations
? Company Name reservations and director changes on CIPC for PTY (Ltd) Companies
? Company Registrations on CIPC
Salary R16000 - R18000 per month
