Property Development Giant based in Cape Town is seeking a Qualified CA (SA) for an Accountant Role. Key areas of responsibility will include (No particular order): •Overseeing the groups budget preparation and presenting a budget to the executive team/s for sign off •Review management accounts for all entities within the group and ensure that they are being prepared timeously and accurately. Report on the key issues and opportunities •Understand and report on financial risk, trying to forecast the risk prior to it arising •Prepare an update the groups tracker (internal forecasting model) •Prepare information, required for all stakeholders including, Executive team, Financiers, Shareholders, Board • Prepare the AFS for all companies within the group •Ensure Audit is complete timeously •Propose and implement changes to General ledger coding •Oversee the Groups insurance needs •Assist with the perpetration of investment packs and Funding motivations were required •Prepare or review tax calculations •Write reports on the financial performance.
