IMC an ever changing and growing business is looking for an ambitious Accountant to join our team. the role is predominately consulting based and requires remote working and travel. The ideal candidate would be meticulous, hardworking and technical.
The role requires long hours and possible working on weekends when necessary. The Ideal candidate would be a Self-Starter and have strong leadership characteristics.

Key Responsibility:
1) Drafting Financial statements
2) Issuing management accounts
3) Issuing financial Reports
4) Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
5) Processing of Cash books and completing the bookkeeping role
6) General Ledger Accounts maintenance
7) Full Corporate and Individual taxation function (Value added taxes, PAYE, Provisional tax Submissions, CGT)
8) Management Accounting role (Business valuations and appraisals)
9) Fixed Assets Maintenance
10) Inventory valuations and WIP

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• BCom Accounting Degree (honours desirable)
• Completed SAICA Articles essential and, 1 -2 years post article experience in an accountant role advantageous
• Consulting Industry experience will be highly beneficial
• Knowledge and understanding of IFRS, Companies Act, and BBB EE regulations
• Staff Management Experience
