A National Chartered Accounting & Registered Auditors are seeking the services of the following:
Accounting Supervisor
Main Responsibilities
To run the project that they are placed on which encompasses employee management and project management. They are directly involved in the day to day activities on the accounting assignment and mainly perform execution of the project and reviewing of work of accounting team.

Responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing and reviewing of cashbooks
• Compilation of Annual Financial
Statements and management accounts
• Completions of Vat workings and submissions and reconciliations
• Payroll calculations and submissions
• Payroll Reconciliation and submissions of EMP 501 on easy file
• Individual tax computations
• Manage accounting staff and a portfolio of clients
• Review of compilation of Annual Financial Statements
• Preparation and review of income tax calculations for entities
• Completion of audit work and review of audit files
• Assist clients in attending to SARS queries
• Communicate with clients

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience
• BCom degree or equivalent
• At least 3-4 years working experience in an accounting environment
• Proficient in Caseware and Pastel
• Experience in dealing directly with SARS
• Experienced in working with SARS e-filing and easy filing required
• Valid South African driver’s license
• Own transport
