Accounts Assistant / Debtors Invoicing Clerk Kommetjie, Noordhoek Cape Town
Our client a FMCG concern based in Kommetjie, Noordhoek Cape Town is looking for an Accounts assistant / Debtors Clerk working on PASTEL PARTNER with at least 2-3 years’ experience working in the finance department with Debtors Invoicing Experience.
Salary Negotiable + pension after probation period
Responsibilities
• Debtors invoicing and control for 3 companies – PASTEL PARTNER
• Capturing petty cash onto pastel (physical petty cash done by another person)
• Calculate and report on Monthly reports and levy payments
• Handle Vehicle licences and permits
• Sales reports for containers
• Other adhoc admin in the accounts / admin office.
