ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK - PORT ELIZABETH (CONTRACT UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2021) ONE YEAR

AP Clerk requirements
1. Sound knowledge of Accounts Payable

2. Preference to knowledge of Import Suppliers

3. Knowledge of SARB (South African Reserve Bank) requirements to effect payment.
3.1.1. Application for SARB Approval – Non-production Suppliers
3.1.2. Understanding of Freight documentation – Production Supplier
3.1.3. BOP codes and advantage but can be taught

4. Understanding of Voucher of Corrections (VOC’s) relative to
4.1.1. freight clearing and payment
4.1.2. retrobill – price amendments

5. Good communication skills with Internal and external Customers

6. Ability to Multi-task

7. Sound knowledge of
7.1.1.1. SAP
7.1.1.2. Excel - intermediate (Pivot tables and VLook-ups)
7.1.1.3. MfgPro – would be advantageous but not requirement
