Acquisition Specialist, with 3 years relevant financial services industry experience, required to assist with new business development and acquisitions of small and large financial service businesses’ and brokerages.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• Completed business qualification (BCom, CA, CFP)
• Relevant experience within financial industry – new business development, sales and acquisitions
• Excellent spoken/written English and additional South African language
• Computer literate

Responsibilities:
• Assist with process of new acquisitions
• Ensure appointed advisers meet new business targets
• Identify potential financial advisers
• Drive appointment approval process engaging with stakeholders
• Drive initiatives relating to acquisitions in partnership with regional managers
• Deliver on/review overall value proposition
