EE Candidate with B.Com, CA and/or CFP and minimum 3 years’ financial services industry experience in new business development and acquisitions of Financial Advisors and small to large Wealth or Insurance Businesses and Brokerages, required for this listed FSP.

Minimum requirements:
• B.Comm / CA and/or CFP required
• Minimum 3 years’ financial services industry required – specific to new business development and acquisitions of small to large Wealth/insurance Businesses/Brokerages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required
• Business development, sales and acquisition knowledge in the financial services industry required

Responsibilities:
• Support and take accountability for the acquisition of suitably profiled financial advisers of small and large financial service businesses and brokerages
• Identify suitable financial advisers as possible acquisitions
• Drive the appointment approval process engaging with all stakeholders
• Drive strategic initiatives relating to acquisitions in partnership with regional managers
• Deliver and review the value proposition
• Assist in vesting process of new acquisitions
• Ensure newly appointed advisers generate new business in line with targets
