Help develop, grow and maintain existing Retail Investment proposition.
The team is responsible for the design, development, marketing and maintenance of new and existing product propositions across the lower, middle and high income markets.

• Understanding the changing regulatory environment, customer needs and market dynamics, and designing innovative and relevant solutions to maintain a competitive advantage in the market and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Working closely with our business unit partners (customer segments, distribution channels, IT, Servicing, Finance, Marketing, Fund Administration etc) to ensure a common understanding of the investment requirements
• Management functions can include strategy, segment stakeholder engagement, product enhancements, product support, monitoring margins and drivers of profitability, and improving customer value.
• Articulating product requirements to our IT partners and ensuring the accuracy of the resulting output.
• Supporting our Proposition Management and Technical Marketing functions in the ongoing maintenance and support of our Retail Investment propositions
• Managing and mentoring a team of high-performing professionals
• In this role, there is a strong focus on:
o managing our existing book of Retail Investment business, ensuring that we continue to manage our margins while continuing to offer customers value for money.
o management of our Funds platform, which involves ensuring that the Funds made available on our platform are competitive and continue to offer good value to customers.

• Qualified Actuary
• At least 8 years’ experience
• 2-3 years’ management experience
• A passion for Investments
• A champion of the customer
• Solution-driven, passionate, energetic and innovative
• Business acumen and negotiation skills
• A strong sense of ownership, initiative and the ability to think on your feet
• Capacity to work under pressure, in an ambiguous environment with often tight deadlines and across a wide range of areas
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
The following will be an advantage:
• An understanding of Savings & Income products, particularly the Investment industry
• Prior experience working in the Product space
