Admin Clerk - Milnerton
My client, a service delivery company, is seeking an Admin Clerk.
The Employee's duties shall include but not be limited to the following –
· To ensure that the following objectives are met
o All admin related aspects of Cash and Account Customers
o Quotations for cash customers.
o Capturing bank deposits for cash customers
o Helping drivers with issues and queries they may have with doing daily work
o Helping customers with issues and queries they may have with regard to toilets being delivered, collected or serviced.
o Running cash invoices daily, passing credit notes when necessary
o Follow up on debtors on a daily basis,
o Running, checking and emailing all month end invoices and statements.
o Backup to admin staff members when needed.
o Various adhoc duties that may arise during the normal course of doing business
Requirements:
MUST have experience in all the above-mentioned duties
Matric
Computer literate
Fluent in Xhosa & English
Salary: Negotiable
