Duties & Responsibilities:

Do on-site administration
Ensure all records are up to date
Basic bookkeeping
Ensure compliance to company policies
Manage phone calls and correspondence
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when neccisary
Desired Experience & Qualification
Creditors & Debtors knowledge (Basic Bookkeeping)
Drivers license (Essential)
Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience in office administration.
Must be open to work over weekends from time to time.
Must be willing to work overtime.
Must communicate comfortably in English.
Understand/speak Afrikaans (Would be an advantage)
