Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answering, screening and handling of telephone calls/queries
• General correspondence & administration
• Ensure messages are accurately recorded and passed on
• Maintain a schedule of all key personnel

Minimum Requirements
• Min Grade 12
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Excellent customer orientation
• Presentable and Professional appearance and demeanour
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• High level of motivation & initiative
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Salary structure:
