Sovereign Foods, a national supplier of top quality poultry products to markets via various brands is seeking to employ an Admin Clerk for its Feedmill operations in the Agriculture department.

This position holds the TASK Grade T05 and reports directly to the Senior Inventory Controller. The successful incumbent should be in the possession of a matric certificate or equivalent and have good computer literacy. A bookkeeping qualification and previous inventory control or financial experience would be an advantage.

Results Required:

• Compile absentees report, approval sheets, and weekly and monthly reports;
• Prepare labour forecasts;
• Prepare labour remuneration reconciliation report;
• Compile and record staff working hours, overtime and leave;
• Prepare month-end staff attendance, allowance and overtime reports;
• Data capturing and admin work including filing.

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets.
