Responsibility and Accountability:
EXPORT
• Monthly download of releases from customer portal
• Formatting and uploading of orders onto JDE
• Submission of variance reports and validation of rate schedules on JDE
• Timeous submission of pre-advice to Neovia
• Upkeep of the stock report for UK warehouse, including monthly checks
• Coordinate the submission of IST between UK warehouse and Smiths Manufacturing
• Receipt of export customer purchase orders
• Timeous expediting of stocks
• Effective communication between with shipping agents, Smiths despatch and Customers
• Raising of export documents for submission to shipping agent and customers
• Good knowledge of shipping Incoterms and HS codes
• Timeous invoicing of monthly sales
• Upkeep of shipping files and audit documents

AFTERMARKET
• Download releases from customer portal
• Formatting and uploading of orders onto JDE
• Submission of variance reports and validation of rate schedules on JDE
• Obtain monthly sales forecasts from customers
• Following up on customer orders and shipping
• Ensure updated pricing on customer purchase orders
• Keeping purchase order records for audit purposes
• Ordering collections with service providers
• Liaise with Production on customer orders
• Assist with other KPI’s as necessary

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric and National Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification
• Sales experience
• Minimum 2 years’ Automotive Component Industry experience
• Computer Literate (JDE, Excel, Word and Presentations)
