Duties

• Debtors, reconciling and taking ownership of all debtors functions.
• General Admin queries - Debit / Credits
• Stock Take - admin and printing of all documentation related to stock take
• Assist with Technicians Job Cards - completion
• Stock – assist Warehouse Manager with all queries.
• Internal Sales – assist Internal Sales personnel with pricing, quotes, new customers, credit applications – making use of IRAS and quoting
according to Mini Price List.
• General Housekeeping
• EH&S & Quality
• Filing
• Fleet Management – responsible for fuel slips and recons monthly
• Purchasing Card – Petty Cash
• Any other reasonable related functions
• Assist Business Unit Manager with tasks when required.

Skills

• Knowledge of the Syspro System and or a similar ERP system
• Debtors – Full function
• Microsoft Office literate. (Word, Excel)
• Good human relations skills.
• Good Management and Communication skills with strong email etiquette. Also need to be a good listener.
• Internal Sales experience
• Must be customer focused and have the ability to work under pressure
• Meet important monthly dead lines

Experience & Qualifications

• Matric – with min of 3 years’ tertiary education will be advantage
• Min of 5 years Debtors experience
• General Admin – experience in Corporate environment and the understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Time Management – allocating time daily to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• People Skills – must be able to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
• Good General understanding of Business Management functions.
