3-month contract

1. The candidate needs to understand payroll principles and basics. Payroll is outsourced but there is a large amount of administration, reporting, and internal checks and balances. Some systems experience is required or an understanding of the principles of payroll & systems.

2. Reporting - someone who is analytically minded, good with spreadsheets and formulae and being able to "marry" initiatives all together.

3. Administration - this role is admin intensive so need someone who has a sense of urgency, paperwork to be completed and signed off within the day, emails responded to timeously, identifying gaps and filling those gaps with ease by implementing admin support eg templates, forms, create a policy or framework etc.

4. Business acumen - this is an important component as it serves many important purposes in this role (1) forming relationships with business (2) understanding the business context back to the back-end HR requirements and therefore it makes sense when developing the HR material.

5. HR Experience - it would be good to get someone who has broad HR generalist experience preferably not from an admin point of view but more of an officer level or consultant type individual.

6. Behavioural requirements - fast-paced with a sense of urgency, good written and verbal communication, proactive, bold, team player
