Renowned Company is seeking an Administration clerk to join their accounts team at the PE-Sidwell branch.
The role will be required to perform all delegated administration duties as assigned.
Requirements are:
Minimum of Matric or NQF4 equivalent
+2yrs previous experience in a similar role (experience as an admin clerk would be an advantage)
Knowledge of basic accounting principles advantageous
Key personal attributes:
Computer literacy – highly Computer literate and comfortable with basic technical aspects of common operating systems within Microsoft Office
Competent Professional business written and verbal communications skills.
The ability to express yourself clearly and effectively within the company.
Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
Attention to detail while maintaining the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture
An ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests
A creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude.
Self-motivated - Meet and exceed all that is required of you in your job.
Responsibilities:
Scanning and Uploading of all signed PODs to Internal Databases
Filing and archiving of all customer & supplier information
Scanning of supplier invoices
Any other delegated admin related duties
Salary: R5 500 – R6 500 per month
