Full Insurance Qualification
RE 5
RE 1 (Key Individual)
Min 5 years work experience within the Short Term Insurance Industry ESS
Ms Office
Drivers License
Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have managerial experience
Duties:

People Management:

Day-to-day management of sub-ordinates
Delegate and distribute workload as required
Identify training needs and ensure development opportunities are provided
Appraise and review performance as necessary
Resolve IR (Industrial Relations) issues
Recruitment and Selection
Oversee staff meetings and training
Office Management

General office management
Engaging with service providers
Manage the implementation and maintenance of FAIS
Manage all office related procedures and protocols
Manage liaison between Administrators and service providers
Administration Management:

Policy Admin management
Manage the maintenance of data integrity on system
Ensure that the Company's brand and corporate identity is adhered to throughout the company in all regions
Handle all complaints in a professional manner
Identify all internal and external Admin procedural systems
Co-ordinate liaison between Administrators and Sales
Ensure Administrator capabilities are in line with the growth of the business
Compliance related to policy administration
Distribution of marketing collateral
Underwriting guideline review and reporting
