ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Genesis Analytics is looking for a young and energetic Administrative Coordinator or Administrative Assistant to join the firm’s HR and Recruitment Team on a temporary basis for a duration of 6 weeks. This temporary assignment plays a role in providing administrative support to mainly the Recruitment Team, but also the extended Human Resources team at the firm.
TASKS WILL INCLUDE, BUT WILL NOT ONLY BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
? Comprehensive E-filing:
? Ensure that documents are filed electronically in the right folders
? Assist with folder audit and clean up of incorrect file naming conventions and any missing documents
? Assist with backlog of administrative work
? Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
? Obtaining relevant documentation from candidates
? Sending relevant documentation to various practice areas internally
? Diary management, scheduling of appointments & sending out of electronic invitations
? Managing unsolicited applications sent via email
? Managing recruitment email & re-directing candidates to applicant tracking system
? Checking and clearing out a general email Inbox daily
? Manage inquiries received by telephone and/or email
? Assist with new system implementation and project management as and when required
? Ad hoc admin support as and when required

SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS:
? Working knowledge in the use of MS Office suite (mainly Word and Excel), Google suite (Gmail, Google Meet, Google Chat and also Google Docs, Forms and Sheets), Adobe and Zoom
? Excellent English writing skills and the ability to formulate required correspondence professionally
? Deadline driven and punctual
? Flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile when needed
? Ability to prioritise tasks, plan and organise
? High level of attention to detail and accuracy
? Patient and customer-centric
? Excellent administrative and multitasking skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
? At least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or similar (not Public Administration)
? A minimum of 1 to 2 years work experience in a similar administrative role, supporting at least 3 seniors
? Available immediately


REMUNERATION:
? Between R10 000 and R15 000 (prorated to the number of weeks worked)
? The remuneration will be based on level of experience and qualification.

? Residency in Johannesburg is a requirement as travel to our offices in Hyde Park will be required from time to time
? South African citizenship is a definite requirement
