As a rapidly growing Cosmetic Manufacturing Company, we have a permanent position available for an Administrative Coordinator who is detail-oriented, has exceptional organisational skills and can work under pressure.

Qualifications for Administrative Coordinator:

Have a minimum of 3 years recent experience within an admin, operations, or financial role.
Grade 12 certificate. Relevant administrative or business diploma/degree advantageous.
Have valid drivers’ license and own reliable transport.
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans with the ability to speak, write, and comprehend both languages.
Must be fully computer literate.
Experience with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Be highly organized and able to create and implement easy-to-follow systems and processes.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple duties and tasks simultaneously.
Must have basic accounting experience.

Duties & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Provide assistance to senior-level staff and Directors as needed.
Prepare and manage invoices, price lists, costings, and other documentation.
Handle basic daily bookkeeping tasks.
Process orders, track payments and receipts, and schedule order collection/delivery.
Ensure that payments are made to suppliers and service providers.
Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filling.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
Coordinate with production and dispatch departments to manage orders and stock control.
