Reputable client of ours specializing in tanker transport has the following challenging opportunity at the company's depot in Heidelberg, for a reliable and precise person with good communication and interpersonal skills that can function well under pressure.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
HEIDELBERG, GAUTENG
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 with 3-5 years relevant experience preferably in a similar environment.
• Above average computer skills in MS Office.
• Fluently in English and Afrikaans.
• Good numerical skills with attention to detail.
• The ability to work accurately within deadlines.
The successful candidate will report to the Depot Manager and will be responsible for the following key performance areas:
• Stock Control: Tyres, washbay supplies and PPE.
• Diesel transaction summaries.
• Tyre Administration.
• Control cleanliness of offices.
• ISO 22000 administration.
• Personnel administration of general workers/washbay.
• General office administration and reception.
• Petty Cash.
Knowledge of quality management systems like ISO22000 and HACCP would be an advantage.
