Administrative Assistant (Manufacturing Sales) | Nigel, Gauteng


We are currently recruiting for a seasoned Admin Guru for an urgent permanent and fulltime opportunity for a leading Manufacturing company in Nigel, Gauteng.

You will provide administration & secretarial services to management and members of staff, and your role will include diary management, arranging travel, scheduling internal & external meetings, lead administration of Sales , administration of tender documents, marketing/events management and related administrative tasks


Minimum Requirements/Criteria include:
• BTech or National Diploma in Office Management / Administration / Technology (essential)
• Minimum of 12 - 15 years relevant and practical personal assistant / secretarial experience or background within a sales or marketing environment (essential/non negotiable)
• MUST be Fully Computer Literate (Excellent systems, power point presentations, MS Excel and Pastel Knowledge – advanced level)
• Working knowledge and updating of (non negotiable)
• Internet knowledge and experience
• Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken) - Fully bilingual in both English and Afrikaans. (Non Negotiable)

Additionally, experience/skills in the following areas would be a strong advantage
• Tender document administration
• Planning and arranging marketing and company events
• Exports exposure – eg arranging road/sea and air freights exports
• Ability to speak French or Portuguese


Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Nigel, Gauteng.
