Administrator - Project Mining on site-based work, Rustenburg - Ref: 611157-9

Consulting Engineering firm that handles “World-class rebuild optimization projects” are growing their support team, and require Administrators to support their Project Management Team in managing multiple (small to medium-sized projects) in a highly pressurized and challenging environment for a demanding and professional client that only expects excellence. You will be based at the clients site in Rustenburg.

Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

5 to 10 years of experience as an Administrator
Must have worked in a Project, EPC/EPCM or mining house environment
Work under extreme pressure
Excellent Report writing skills
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to solve problems
Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
Must be a self-starter
Ability work alone and part of a team
Excellent communication, organizing, planning, co-ordination, inter-personal and computer literacy (MS Office).

Multi-skilled, can work under extreme pressure, hard worker, efficient, dedicated and can work independently with or without supervision. Computer literacy skills in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Projects: from minor capital projects to major expansion process projects in the mining environment with a special focus on metal furnaces.
Have in-house knowledge to design and execute projects for processing and maintaining facilities from initial treatment of mined ore to the production of a saleable product.
In-house resources for process, civil, structural, platework, piping and mechanical work.
The project services department incorporates the planning, procurement, cost control, project accounting and cost engineering disciplines.
