Extensive experience in FSS systems “E- Service / HR Portal”
Computer literacy in MS Office packages

Main Duties:
The Loading of all Gauteng business areas documentation on E-Service
Verification of Timebooks
Verification of weekly Time Books and Posting sheets
General office management and ordering of all stationary and supplies.
Filing of all admin and document control.
Leave administration and loading thereof.
