Our client requires the service of an Administrator.

Key performance areas:

? Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff
? Accepting and record incoming telephone enquiries, taking client’s details discreetly and accurately
? Client liaison and communication
? Typing, preparing and collating reports
? Organizing and servicing meetings / prioritizing workloads
? Assist in resolving any administrative problems
? Ad-hoc receptionist duties

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric
? Office Administration qualification would be beneficial
? 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
? Highly computer literate (Spreadsheets, Word processing, Email)
? Excellent communication & people skills – fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
? Highly organized person and able to work under pressure
? Must be able to build relationships with clients and staff
? Must be flexible and willing to assist with ad-hoc duties when required
? Must be a team player
