RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established large concern – position based in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.
Grade 12 (preferably with Maths and Accounting).
Relevant qualifications (administration, human resources, payroll, accounting).
English / Afrikaans speaking.
Code 08 driver’s license.
Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Previous experience on accounting / payroll packages.
2yrs+ previous working experience in debtors and creditors (especially reconciliations), stock control (especially reconciliations), office administration management.
1yrs+ previous working experience with human resources and payroll.
Dealing with all internal and external queries.
Debtors, creditors, stock, personnel, wages, salaries, general office administration duties.
Perform adhoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Maintain health and safety and housekeeping standards.
Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.
Be willing and able to stand in for the Branch Manager when required.
