Acrobranch Adventure Park Guide
Part time position at Acrobranch Pretoria

Location: Musaiek, 18 Honingnestkrans Road, Honingnestkrans, Pretoria North
Salary:Starting at R200 CTC per day, to become R264 CTC per day after training
Schedule: Work schedule are dependent on weather and bookings. Candidates should be available to work weekends, public and school holidays.

Acrobranch seeks dynamic guides to ensure the safety of customers at Acrobranch Pretoria. Acrobranch is an exciting aerial tree adventure where zip lines, rope swings, nets, bridges and other fun obstacles take children and adults from tree to tree. There are several courses to meet all levels of ability and age groups from 9 years old. Acrobranch’s main responsibility is to ensure customers’ safety. Customer service is of paramount importance.
Responsibilities:
The Acrobranch Guides report to their Park Manager and are responsible for:
- Inspecting the equipment and the installations on a daily basis;
- Welcoming customers;
- Helping customers putting on and taking off the safety equipment;
- Giving the initial training to customers;
- Ensuring safety rules are well understood, applied and respected by customers before and during the activity;
- Actively interacting with customers throughout the activity;
- Safely helping customers down from a course if needed;
- Taking actions to maintain the park’s cleanliness (cleaning, picking up rubbish, warning customers, basic maintenance, …).

Requirements:
- Passion for the outdoors and the sports & leisure industry
- Experience working with the public
- Good physical shape
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Good communication skills
- Being reliable, punctual and professional at all times is a must
- Excellent Afrikaans and fluency in English
- Good judgement and high concentration level
- Relevant experience in a similar position is a plus
- Relevant training (ex.: ARA high ropes level 1, valid first aid certification) is a plus
- Preferably own transport and valid drivers license.
