Affiliate Manager (JB2207)
Cape Town, Western Cape
R35 – 45 000 per month
Duration: Two-year contract, with possibility of extension

As the Affiliate Manager you will play a key role in managing the Affiliate portfolio, whilst growing and optimizing customer acquisition in South Africa. This will involve recruitment and development of new affiliates, defining and implementing the affiliate strategy and creating and negotiating strategic partnerships to deliver revenue and growth.

Minimum Requirements:
Excellent Account Management skills, with exposure to affiliate marketing
An interest in sports, betting and gaming
An understanding of the workings and metrics of performance channels (CPM, CPC, CPI, ROI and CPA)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in a high-pressure environment
Strong negotiation skills
Analytical ability
Goal orientated and results driven
Excellent problem solving skills with an eye for detail
Experience with Excel and report building

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop strategy briefs and online campaign marketing activities for existing and new affiliates
Develop communication strategies
Monitor ROI, overall performance of the portfolio against KPI’s using a data driven approach
Ensure stakeholders creative content is maintained, relevant and refreshed to stay ahead of competitors
