Position: Aftersales Consultant / Service Advisor
Location: Port Elizabeth
Salary: R10,000 – R12, 500 Per Month + Benefits

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Minimum 2 years’ motor dealership experience
• Valid drivers license
• Technical qualification will be an advantage
• Computer literate

Responsibilities:
• Prepare for the arrival of the customer, including ensuring the validity of the warranty / motor plan contract
• Ensure accurate warranty / motor plan details on the system
• Liaise with clients
• Vehicle handovers
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Update dealer management system
