Key Responsibilities
Agile Implementation: Ensure adherence to Agile principles from project inception to execution.
Training & Coaching: Educate teams, stakeholders, and leaders on Agile best practices.
Change Management: Act as a change agent, driving Agile adoption across the organization.
Facilitation: Lead Agile workshops, meetings, and ceremonies to foster collaboration.
Scrum Master Support: Guide Scrum Masters in managing Agile processes and overcoming challenges.
Agile Metrics & Reporting: Track Agile performance and provide insights for improvement.
Technical Expertise: Support Agile engineering practices like TDD, CI/CD.
Continuous Improvement: Encourage ongoing learning and process refinement.
Stakeholder Management: Ensure alignment between Agile teams and business goals.
Value Portfolio Support: Assist the Value Portfolio Manager in aligning Agile initiatives with organizational strategy.

Non-negotiable
Agile Coach certification (ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC) is advantageous.
5+ years of Agile coaching or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Experience in change management and coaching at various levels.

Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
Agile Coach certification (ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC) is advantageous.
5+ years of Agile coaching or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Experience in change management and coaching at various levels.
Industry experience in insurance or finance is a plus.
