Our client, a leader in the fast food industry, is looking for a young, dynamic individual to joint their Development team and be part of great business growth. The ideal candidate will be extremely accurate, deadline driven and attention to detail is a must.

The following requirements must be met:
? Senior Certificate and relevant tertiary qualification.
? 5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist in a retail environment.
? Registration with SACAP as Senior Architectural Technologist
? Comfortable to work on CADDIE and AUTOCAD
? Project Administration and Management Skills
? Excellent Written and Communication Skills
? Knowledge of building regulations
? Knowledge of design principles and municipal approval processes
? Knowledge of latest Council legislation, policies & procedures.
? Certified in Water Reticulation & Fenestration calculations (SAIAT Workshop)
? Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
