AREA MANAGER
Hygiene and Sanitation Industry

Our client a leader in their field of continual improvement and technological innovation within the Hygiene and Sanitation Industry, is looking for an above-average Area Manager for their Bloemfontein branch

You will be responsible for operational effectiveness on the Free State Sites and working with the Senior Management team to develop and implement organisational strategies, policies and practices

Requirements:        
MUST RESIDE IN BLOEMFONTEIN
SA ID
Experience gained within and on a similar Site environment
Ability to be flexible with working hours
4 years of Third-party audit experience
2 years experience in Total Quality management system
Excellent communication skills
Own reliable transport
Diploma/Degree in Management will be advantageous
Food Technology or Microbiology certificate or diploma will be preferred
 
Duties:                      
Lead and Manage Site Manager
Enforce a hygienic and safe working environment with all statutory safety regulations
Manage individual and team performance
Maintain customer relationships
Manage financial budget
Responsible for Growing the business.
