Job Summary:

Reporting into the National Sales Manager, the aim of this function is to ensure the effective management of all sales related functions within the Western Cape Region to best achieve the annual regional sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Customer Support: to assist with all aspects of sales from the on-going interaction with customers including but not limited to; product queries, service analysis, complaint resolution and developing new business.

· Sales Management: To manage a sales team effectively and efficiently to achieve set sales budgets

· Compiling and coordinating monthly management plan.

· Regularly assess performance, provide feedback, training and guidance as required.

· Staff Management: Analyse staff performance to ensure compliance with the duties, Address issues of non-compliance and take corrective measures for discipline.

· Administration: Responsible for efficient cost-effective management of company assets

· Key Accounts: Maintain, manage and grow a portfolio of assigned key account customers

· Maintain and grow a professional network of people to aid business endeavours

Minimum Requirements:

· Grade 12 with exemption pass

· Minimum 5 years’ FMCG Sales Rep experience

· Valid code 08 drivers’ licence and vehicle

· Must be willing to travel and sleep out as and when required

· Computer literate with basic Excel skills

· Key accounts experience would be advantageous

· Proven track record for achieving sales targets
