Experienced Area Manager to run minimum 4 stores in Gauteng area.
If you have solid Area Management exp and completed retail courses on leadership, performance management and have a good understanding of current labour laws – This might interest you!
To be considered for this role, the following needs to be met:
- Matric - Retail related Qualification – Added advantage!
- Valid SA driver’s license
- Minimum 2 Years AREA MANAGEMENT experience in the RETAIL field – Pet industry / Veterinary field big bonus!!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent ability to plan and prioritize with great ability to lead a team to success!
- Well presented with the ability to forge long lasting relationships
- Good business acumen & able to interpret financial data and make key decisions swiftly
