Cellular Field Marketing Executive Manager

Fixed term contract

Areas: Hemingsway Mall, Vincent Park, Mdantsane, Greenacres Mall, Baywest Mall, King Williams Town Mall and Queens Town Mall.

Salary: R 10 000.00 per month

Fuel Card: R 4 000.00 per month + commission

Working days and hours: Monday to Friday 09h00 – 17h00 & Saturday 09h00 – 14h00

The Field Marketing Executive will be primarily responsible for the following deliverables in-store:

Execute marketing and sales programs as and when required

Act as the point person for outside, inside and partner sales teams

Track market and company sales performance

Generate leads and drive sales

Grow brand awareness

Gather and report customer intelligence

Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices, and serve as advocate and information source for company

Attend trade shows and events to market products as and when required

Determine product / service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales

Improve forecast performance of business

Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities

Develop understanding of product line and value chain

Generate weekly report

Build good relationships with store staff and management

Conduct formal and informal product training sessions

Assist with trouble shooting and after sales service issues

Managing Brand Ambassadors

Educational / Skills / Experience:

Grade 12 or equivalent

Fluent in English

Good administrative skills

Strong people skills

Field Marketing Executive experience. MUST BE IN THE CELLULAR INDUSTRY.

Other requirements:

Driver’s license

Reliable motor vehicle that is insured with the option of car rental

Willing to work on public holidays

Be responsible for quality of work

Be able to meet scheduled deadlines

Be able to work under pressure
