Position: Operations Area Manager (X3)

Location: Randburg

Salary: Basic: R17,000 – R 25,000 p.m depending on skills and experience
Incentives: R10,000 – R16,200 p.m depending on results

Minimum Requirements:

? 3 years Area Management Experience
? Grade 12
? Diploma / Degree
? Own Car, must be prepared to travel
? Excellent communication skills

Duties & Responsibilities
• Training and mentoring of franchisees
• Managing franchise operational and financial standards
• Responsible for overseeing ± 12 stores
• Procurement and stock management
• Budgeting
• Growing turnover and profit of stores
• New business development and execution
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Must have retail financial acumen
• Self-motivated and result driven
• A good understanding of stock inventory management
• Strong analytical skills
• Good conflict management skills
• Good communication skills
• Previous retail experience would be advantageous
• Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
• Excellent business writing skills
