Thuthukani housing finance is a non-bank credit provider with a national footprint. They currently have a vacancies for an Area Sales Executive to take responsibility for business development and key account management with the building material suppliers in the region to increase/develop the incremental home loan division.

Please note that extensive traveling on a daily basis is required for this position.

Main duties:
• To regularly interact with and visit all existing suppliers within the region.
• To generate new business with building material suppliers
• To present to prospective clients
• To have sufficient knowledge of competitive products in the market place and pricing offered.
• To provide the necessary training on the products

• This position requires extensive traveling on a daily basis throughout the region, including rural areas. A few overnights away from home may be required each month.

Experience:
• 3 years minimum relevant experience in sales, marketing and customer relationships.
• Experience with sales in the building industry with suppliers of building material or financial services industry would be ideal.
Education:
• Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential.
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver’s license is a requirement
• Willingness to travel on a daily basis
• Candidate must reside in Mpumalanga - preferably in Nelspruit/White River area
