JOB DESCRIPTION:
The formative assessment coordinator is responsible for the processing and allocation of exam scripts according to deadlines. The job is highly operational and focuses on the capturing and releasing of all marks on the system in alignment to internal and external process and regulatory body requirements. This role is highly process driven.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Supervise floor operations within the 6 sectors of APC and be frontline support for staff and report to the APC Manager

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
3-5 Years’ Experience in education of which 3 years must be in a Team leader / supervisory role.
Understanding of Dorado and operations in an assessment processing division
High level of competency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel
